Using this systematic approach to full body and mind relaxation can help you connect with your own true and natural wisdom, your ability for healing and relieving stress.
Now is your time to relax and connect with your authentic self to experience inner peace and healing.
This meditation is 50 minutes of spoken word and can be used during the day or to help you go to sleep for the night.
If you are listening to this recording with the intention to move into a sleeping state, my voice will simply fade into the background and your subconscious mind will be ready to allow sleep to easily come to you.
