You need to raise your hand above the level of ground, entirely backbend the only support of one feet and shoulder. This pose stretches the chest, thighs, and the shoulders.
Salabhasana. Lie on your stomach, rest your arms on both side of the body. Raise your legs head, and arms; slowly exhale as rest on your front pelvis, lower, ribs, and belly. Note, your arms will be corresponding to the floor; eyes will be gazing upward and downward. After holding your breath for 30 sec to 1 min, gently release it as you exhale.
