Try to relax, focus on the image, and breathe nice and slow. If you start to lose focus you can calmly listen to the music to regain your focus. When the music stops try and stay seated for as long as possible.
The more you do this the more it will benefit you. Practicing will help you get better and you will be able to focus anywhere. By focusing your mind only you will eventually produce the same results.

Everyone has heard of hypnosis before or at least everyone knows the word. However, many of us don?t really know much about how it works or why people choose to be hypnotized. It?s normal to be skeptical about the unfamiliar, especially if we don?t really understand it ? and hypnosis is something which is often misunderstood. Most if not all of us have already been in a hypnotic state. For instance, those times when we?re so wrapped up in something that a friend could be trying to talk to us and we don?t even hear them.
