How important alpha level in life

The alpha level is a state on mind where the people are relaxed and attentive to the different objects. Mostly people gain this level while sleeping, dreaming, or during the meditation. There are very fewer people in the world that those who can get this level of mind during their normal practice of life. There is significant fact, however, the human can gain this state when he is fully functioning in life, and when it happens, the human thinks, learns, and interacts at his best as successful.

Jose Silva, the founder of the Silva Method to control the mind, described the four state of mind. Beta state: when you awake with all senses and have more thoughts in your minds, the brain pulse shows 15-26 cycles per second on EEG. It is also known as outer level of consciousness. Alpha state: while light sleep or when you have total concentration at any object or function. The brain pulse shows 7-14 cycles per second on EEG. The mind cools down and gives you physical relief as well at this state. Theta state: This state is below Alpha and brain pulse shows 4-7 cycles per second on the EEG. The mind gets the extreme of calmness in this state. You get this state of unconsciousness at the time of deep sleep. Delta state: this is the last state of mind before death and you get it, while dreamless sleep. The EEG shows 0-4 cycles per second of your brain pulse at this state.

You can counter-act to the existing culture and defend your mind against its affects only by exploring nature. You can walk through nature, spend more time away of technology, and participate in 30 minutes of meditation daily with full attention. You may feel difficult initially, but once your mind became disciplined, everything will be smooth for you. This is the key of success for attaining the alpha state of mind. Therefore, it is advisable to keep a check on your thoughts. The subliminal mind does not know what is right or wrong. It just takes action upon the words or thoughts. However, when these words are spoken intelligently, and calculatedly, and repeatedly, they are known as daily affirmations and they help you gain your desired results. You can very well convert the involuntary thoughts running through your mind into positive affirmations and renovate your life! There are ways by which you can keep a check on your thoughts and convert all the worthless material into valuable information. Though, similar results can be achieved by practicing meditation, not everyone can do it. Meditation requires a lot of practice and patience. However, with little practice and time, a person can change the pattern of his or her life by employing this simple and effective technique of daily affirmations.
