Exercise equipment is one of those things that gets purchased with the best of intentions, and then is forgotten after just a few months. Most people who own treadmills use them as clothes racks, or have them folded up in the back of the garage for their once-yearly foray into getting into shape. But it doesn’t have to be this way.

Put exercise into your schedule. Decide what times work best for you, and then stick with them. If you plan to just exercise whenever you have time, you will likely find that you never do. Music can help keep you upbeat and maintaining energy for your exercise program. Boredom-killers include books on tape and reading actual books, for walkers (they don’t work so well when jogging). These can be found at your local library in many cases, which reduces the costs that might otherwise be associated with them.

Rewards systems work well for some people, though others don’t find them as useful. Generally, it is worth it to give them a try, however. The idea is to promise yourself some kind of reward (hopefully not food or laziness-related) that you purchase only after completing a set number of hours, days, or other measurement of exercising.

Use peer pressure to your advantage. Tell everyone you know (especially those you see regularly) about starting a new exercise plan. That way, you will know that people are going to ask you about your regimen, and you won’t want to have to disappoint yourself by admitting you’ve been slacking off.

Set a goal, such as participating in a 5K walk or run in six months. Register as far ahead of time as possible, and get someone you know to register too. This way, you will have something to work towards, and you will have someone counting on you to be ready. It’s even better if the walk is a benefit for something, so you can feel good about participating and helping raise money.

Just being aware that most treadmills wind up being used as coat racks is a good step towards not letting yours become one of them. But it takes more than just the knowledge of the potential problem, to avoid it. Keep track of your exercise sessions, and try to use rewards and scheduling to make exercise a habit and a beneficial presence in your life.

Manifest Your Best Possible Life In 2012

Throw away your fear of 2012. This is not the end of anything except those things that no longer serve our best possible interests. There is an energy shift coming that will allow all of us to see our creative abilities open up and allow us to manifest things at a great rate of speed. It’s important that you learn all you can about manifesting your best possible life for now is the time to do it. This article is about the First Law of Manifesting.

The first and most important law is that everyone must learn to use all three of their minds. This includes both the conscious and subconscious minds as well as the Super-conscious mind. Keep it in Mind!

The most common way of manifestation is through your personal power or will. This is a very physical way of creating things such as working at a job or exercising at a gym in order to create the desired results. This is includes any and all physical actions that lead you to your desired results.

The second way to manifest something is by using your subconscious mind. This is what you have been doing since you were born although you were unaware of it. We we are not consciously programming your subconscious we are bringing things in to our live that we don’t necessarily want.

Think of our subconscious mind like a computer . It has great power and memory but will only act on what is put in to it. If you are inputting bad data whether you are aware of it or not you are going to get bad results. All the time we have been blaming God or the Universe for bad things in our lives it was actually us that were responsible.

So it follows that the third way of manifestation is to use the Super Conscious Mind. Also known as Spirit, God, or the Higher Self this is who we pray to. This is something that we need to learn to do correctly in order to really manifest at a super level.

When manifesting with prayer have NO DOUBT. You must believe that it is done as soon as you have finished your prayer. Know that God will decide how and when this is to come to being. I highly recommend that you end all prayer requests with the phrase for the highest good of all. Sometimes the things we most desire we find out later were not in our best interest. This will protect you.
