At some point in our lives, most people experience stress, fear, anxiety or all of these. Although those are normal reactions in the face of life threatening situations, some people experience them more frequently than others do. Most people will experience terror in the event of an assault, violent situation, motor vehicle collision or another similar situation, but others experience it when dealing with their normal day-to-day activities. This condition is known as panic disorder and manifests in panic attacks. These episodes are not life threatening, though they may be experienced as such by the sufferer.
It is a natural process to experience anxiety. This is the way your mind and body will defend themselves against dangerous circumstances. It is an instinctive response to anything threatening. Your body can overreact and this can result in panic attacks when there is no immediate danger or threat. In the western world, it is known that two out of three people are currently suffering from these affects. Treatment is not a requirement.
In many cases, treatment is not required. Adults and children alike experience it and it may interfere with their social life and daily activities. These episodes are frightening and it is important that you are supportive if someone close to you is experiencing an episode.
Some of the signs are an increased heart rate (palpitations), feeling like the heart stop or even skips beats. They can experience numb feelings in their extremities such as fingers and toes. They can have tremors or shaking. The person suffering these episodes can become even more anxious when they are in the presence of strangers and this could have effects like nausea, sweating and dizziness. Incontinence can be suffered temporarily where they lose control over their bladder and bowels, but these are only in severe cases.
Increased anxiety occurs when dizziness and sweating begin to manifest. This normally happens when strangers surround the sufferer. Severe cases could cause the onset of bladder incontinence. Incontinence is the loss of bladder control and it may extend to the bowels.
It is common for one to feel as though they may die during a panic attack. Things may seem unreal and the sufferer may even doubt that he or she is real. The need to escape may be overwhelming and if is common to feel aggressive towards anyone who stands in their way or escape. The fear may seem irrational to others, but it is very real to the sufferer. Allow them to escape from the situation if it is at all possible or safe for them to do so. It is important to distract them.
Some sufferers start avoiding certain places, such as school (school phobia) and people (social phobia). Agoraphobia may develop because of the fear of going to places where panic attacks appeared before, or places where they are likely to recur. It is loosely defined as a fear of open spaces, such as large shopping malls or airports where there is not a lot of places to hide in the event of a panic attack.
If panic attacks occur alongside other psychological or behavioral problems such as underachievement at school, sleep disturbances, depression or self-harm, it is time to call a mental health professional. Several behavioral therapies are helpful in treating the disorder and medications such as beta-blockers have been found to be helpful without causing harmful side effects. It is important not to take any medication unless prescribed by your healthcare provider, as it may contraindicate other conditions.

A few people may experience diarrhea while others have excessive gas. Abdominal bloating may accompany lactose intolerance or it may cause someone to double over in cramping abdominal pain.
It can become a guessing game trying to figure out which products cause the discomfort. Most people experience lactose intolerance symptoms about 30 minutes after consuming a dairy related product. Others may not feel any symptoms for up to 2 hours after taking in dairy products.
If you suspect that you are suffering from lactose intolerance there is a simple way to find out. Eliminate all milk and dairy products from the diet for at least two weeks. If the symptoms subside and do not return during the two weeks it is very likely you have been experiencing symptoms associated with lactose intolerance. Reintroduce one dairy product at a time. If symptoms recur with any particular item you will know what is causing your discomfort or pain.
Lactose is a form of a natural sugar found in many dairy products. Any product that is made using milk will also contain lactose. The body manufactures an enzyme to digest lactose. This enzyme is called lactase. When you have lactose intolerance symptoms your body does not have enough lactase to properly digest lactose. It tries to get rid of it another way as it passes through the colon; this is what the cause lactose intolerance symptoms to arise.
There isn’t a cure for lactose intolerance but avoiding lactose will keep the symptoms at bay. There are many new milk substitute products that are available without lactose. For those who do not experience severe symptoms and just need to limit lactose there is also reduced lactose milks.
To avoid the symptoms of lactose intolerance simply avoid any products which contain lactose. This is getting easier to do with new reduced lactose or lactose free options becoming more readily available. Calcium is an essential nutrient we get from many lactose bearing food products. It is still possible to get the daily recommended amounts of calcium by consuming lactose free substitutes.
There are several vegetables which contain larger amounts of calcium such as broccoli, kale and certain greens. Calcium is also found in almonds and soy products. Soy products can resemble the dairy products we enjoy.

Once in the hoary past, a day worker was tying iron wire on a slanted roof of a flax house. During wiring bamboos, he flinched down the ground as he got severe itching all thru his back and neck. Instantly he discovered prickly heat like allergy on his mild skin and started spreading all thru his physique even on the scalp as well. In that time it is also said that Belladonna is also responsible to get chicken pox and irritating allergy.
Some of his neighbors had come to identify his physical state and when they got home they observed that they had been developed blister or rash upon their skin without any kind of itching. They caught this chicken pox by contamination thru air. All the people scared since all the people were smacked down chicken pox days in days out and this calamity set off just from a day worker. All the people of this village turned like a reindeer at the end of this epidemic. Many people got plagued with chicken pox and no one left unhurt experiencing this irritating disease.
Due do lack of bio-medical technology chicken pox caused suffering for many people but haven’t cause to snuff out. During that time people had to take treatment from the threshold of ayurvedic doctors and there were no other way for healing chicken pox save and except taking ayurvedic remedies
But now the scenario is quite different since the world has shrunken into a global village and information technology has made it possible to spread bio-medical technology from pole to pole to as a deterrent to harmful diseases like chicken pox. Due to which anti-chicken pox vaccination is ubiquitous to every corner of this world.
With the advancement of bio-medical technology scientist are striving to flush out chicken pox from the occidental societies. And In a review, it is noticed that chicken pox has been rooted out by periodical vaccination campaign in the States and success rate is 96.6% in 2002 according to U.S., journal report.
Now put your eyes to the under development countries and see how chicken pox spreading out and how they are vanquishing chicken pox with so-called regressing treatment process. Development against anti- chicken pox remedies hasn’t been improved as vaccination has not only for mothers but also for tiny-tots been ensured so far. Consequently, all the children are rearing up physically immature, weak, physically unfit in conjunction with chicken pox and in some cases it is happen to be arch reason for permanent autism. And still they had to follow that so called ayurvedic treatment process. In this juncture of technological advancement who will ignite the light of knowledge among them and who will assist them to quick marching.
